We stopped off in West Jefferson for a bite after a long day of hiking. Our AirBnB host recommend this spot, and it did not disappoint. You HAVE to get a hot pretzel because it was one of the best I have ever gotten at a restaurant. I will be thinking about that pretzel for weeks... I loved the outside seating and the view of the mountains too!
Stopped here during a short trip to WJ for lunch and was so pleased! My whole group enjoyed their meals and beers. I did not catch our waitress’ name unfortunately but the staff was all super nice. We also had the Buffalo shrimp but it got devoured before the picture (also delicious)! Lots of yummy options for food. Try the Skeeter Pee with all the berries!
Stopped in to this dining establishment for a burger and wings as I was tired of cooking on vacation and did t want a fast food meal. The staff was very welcoming and patient with our ordering as we had never been here before. This lil gem is tucked away from the main drag of town but worth it for the food and service.
Rob is a wonderful bar tender! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was awesome and the vibes are nice.
Food was good. I had the buffalo bowl, it was buffalo chicken on Mac and cheese. I recommend it. The Bold Rock Cider was awesome. Our Waitress was awesome, super friendly and attentive. I got a water with my drink and she listed it as "high quality H2O". Definitely a good atmosphere. We will be back when coming to West Jefferson. Check them out if you're in the area.
Oh my goodness! The food was delicious! I got the smoked brisket bowl with white macaroni and cheese underneath. My son got the grilled chicken sandwich and said it was the best one he’s ever eaten. The potato salad was just like how my father used to make it. It was so good and brought back memories. The service and atmosphere were fantastic! Definitely coming back again.
NRB is my favorite place to eat in West Jefferson! Great atmosphere, wonderful service, and delicious food. The Cheerwine BBQ wings are my favorite, but you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.
Nice spot to stop for a pint and some cheese curds. I’ve had a lot of fried cheese curds, but these are the best I’ve had in a long time. Service was very friendly and the environment was warm. Pretty sure I spotted the owner working alongside her staff, front and back of the house, which says good things about this establishment.
